Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Zellos AI governing access to and use of Zel, including our websites, applications, AI-assisted creative tools, and related services. By accessing or using Zel, you agree to these terms. If you use Zel for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account or workspace has been accessed without authorization.

Using Zel

Subject to these terms and any applicable plan limits, Zellos AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use Zel for your internal business and commercial content creation needs.

Features may evolve over time. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue functionality, and we may set reasonable usage limits to protect service quality, safety, and availability.

Your content and generated outputs

You retain your rights in the briefs, brand assets, media, instructions, and other content you submit to Zel. You give Zellos AI permission to host, process, reproduce, and modify that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service and to comply with law.

As between you and Zellos AI, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use outputs generated for you, including for commercial purposes. You are responsible for reviewing those outputs and ensuring that your use complies with law, platform rules, advertising requirements, and any third-party rights.

Because AI systems can produce similar material for different users, outputs may not be unique. Zellos AI does not promise that an output is eligible for copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property protection.

Acceptable use

You may not use Zel, or help anyone else use Zel, in a way that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or disruptive to the service.

• Create or distribute content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Impersonate a person or organization, misrepresent AI-generated media as authentic where disclosure is required, or facilitate fraud or manipulation.
• Generate abusive, exploitative, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or dangerous content in violation of law or our safety controls.
• Upload malicious code, probe or bypass security measures, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or provide unauthorized access to Zel except where applicable law expressly permits it or we agree in writing.
• Use outputs or service data to build or train a competing model or service without written permission.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period shown at purchase unless cancelled before renewal. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the applicable fees and taxes. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable and unused credits do not carry cash value.

We may change plan pricing or limits with advance notice. Changes normally apply at the next renewal. If a payment is overdue, we may limit or suspend access to paid features after providing reasonable notice.

Third-party services

Zel may connect with third-party platforms, AI providers, media libraries, payment processors, or social networks. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. Zellos AI is not responsible for third-party services or for changes those providers make to their products, APIs, or availability.

Our platform and intellectual property

Zellos AI and its licensors own Zel, including its software, interface, workflow design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you. Feedback you choose to provide may be used without restriction or obligation to you.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Zel or cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a way that could harm users, third parties, or Zel. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

After termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will remain in effect.

Disclaimers

Zel is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or similar to existing material. Zel does not provide legal, advertising, intellectual property, or regulatory advice, and you should apply appropriate human review before publishing or relying on an output.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zellos AI disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zellos AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to Zel.

Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Zellos AI for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will revise the date above and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continuing to use Zel after revised terms take effect means you accept them.
