• Usage and device information, including browser type, device identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, pages visited, feature interactions, and diagnostic logs.
• Billing and transaction details. Payment card information is handled by our payment providers and is not stored directly by Zel.

• Generate on-brand content and remember the preferences you choose for your workspace.

AI processing and creative content

Zel processes your briefs, brand materials, prompts, selections, and other creative inputs to produce requested outputs. This may involve automated systems and carefully selected AI infrastructure providers acting on our behalf. Generated content may be retained with your project so you can revisit, edit, and export it.

AI output can be unpredictable and may contain errors or unintended similarities. You should review generated material before publishing it and avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your creative task.

How information may be shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only where needed to operate Zel, complete a transaction, meet legal requirements, or protect the service.

• Vendors that provide hosting, AI processing, analytics, customer support, security, communications, and payment services.
• Workspace members and collaborators according to the roles and sharing settings selected by you or your organization.
• Authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, or protect rights, safety, and security.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Zel is designed for businesses and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service.
